On this episode of WATCH US EAT co-hosts Amanda Buckle and Lorin Castiglione are chowing down on something a little different than normal... plant-based empanadas.

(We know - it's not seafood. BUT these plant-based empanadas from Emma Leigh & Co. are put out in partnerhip with Yankee Trader Seafood.)

For those unfamiliar with Emma Leigh & Co., the company was started by Emma Hernan, one of the stars of the Netflix series "Selling Sunset." Hernan, who is also a model and luxury real estate agent, has a deep history with the food industry as her grandfather, Gerry McAdams, founded Yankee Trader Seafood in 1994. 

Hernan partnered with Beyond Meat to create her plant-based empanada line. Watch us try some of her products in the video below.
